Scope: Northern Ireland only. Uprated each April by the Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order (Northern Ireland), RPI-linked, effective 6 April; the 2026 Order revokes its 2025 predecessor (art 2). The GB figure is a different instrument with a different base and is never coupled to this one. No GOV.UK page states the Northern Ireland limits (guidance is on nidirect and nibusinessinfo, outside OFFICIAL_B_DOMAINS), so the record is single-source A by design until that list is widened.

Compiler's notes

Named from source by the instrument finder (WS6-INSTRUMENT-MAP.md, 2026-09-08): the Order's Schedule is the increase-of-limits table shape and tabular.extract_figures reads it whole; the build re-derives the value from the row and attests the prior one from the same row's old column. The 2025 Order that set the prior value is revoked and not archived, so its start date is marked pending backfill.
