The number is free. What you pay for is its form.

Every figure is free — on this site, the API and the MCP server, as it is on GOV.UK. You pay for the figures as signed, machine-readable, effective-dated data you can verify without trusting us, and for next year's figures before they take effect.

Developer: the value on any date, a feed of what changed, the latest full download and higher limits. Business: everything in Developer, plus future values before they take effect, the regulatory calendar, a signed audit-evidence bundle per figure and email alerts. Platform licence: for software companies building the figures into their own product.

Prices are annual first, because the figures follow the tax year; monthly if you prefer. Future values and the calendar carry a value only once it is fixed in law — the first are next April's student-loan thresholds, and the Autumn Budget brings the next — never a number ahead of that. The free site shows the date of a coming change, never its value.
