Scope: £25,000 is stated ONLY for the repayment threshold year ending 5 April 2027 (para 5(1)(a)). For every later year para 5(1)(b) states a RULE — the previous year's threshold multiplied by the repayment threshold variable (regulation 8B), rounded up to the nearest £5 — not a figure.
