The weekly amount of Statutory Neonatal Care Pay, or 90% of earnings if that is less.
£194.32per week
Corroborated Statutory Instrument
Great Britain
in force since 2026-04-06
Checked against its sources: statute verified 2026-09-21·guidance verified 2026-09-21
Scope: Lower of £194.32 or 90% of normal weekly earnings. The same standard rate as Statutory Paternity, Shared Parental, Adoption and Parental Bereavement Pay. On 2026-07-29 the GOV.UK neonatal-care-pay-leave page still printed £187.18, four months after the Order — guidance is corroboration, not authority (spec §2.2), which is why the employers' rates page is the B-source here.

Compiler's notes
Named from source by the instrument finder (WS6-INSTRUMENT-MAP.md, 2026-09-08): the current-view Regulations carry an F-note citing SI 2026/148 art 10(4); the Order's as-made text yields the substitution the build re-derives (extract.PROSE_SINGLE), and the 2025 Regulations as made attest the prior value and its start date.
