Compiler's notes
An SI carry (ADR-0014): SI 2006/2014 INSERTED regulation 12A whole, so there is no substitution for NF-1 to re-derive and the inserted text carries no provision ids in the amender's own document. The evidence is the 1999 Regulations' current view plus SI 2006/2014 as made, both hashed and recomputed at Gate 2. Nothing preceded this value: before 1 October 2006 no work was permitted during maternity leave at all.
