Compiler's notes
An SI carry (ADR-0014), and a HOST-STATES one: no textual amendment touches regulation 5, so the 2024 Regulations state the value by their own words and their as-made text is its own frozen witness. The locator token reproduces the drafting as it stands, including the missing "to" in "is entitled one week" — read off the archived bytes, because a token that tidies the text misses. No archived GOV.UK page states the entitlement, so the record is single_source_A by design.
