Compiler's notes
An SI carry (ADR-0014), and a HOST-STATES one: the only F-note on regulation 6 substitutes a word in paragraph (5)(c) (SI 2015/552 regs 1, 2(2)) and nothing touches paragraph (1), so the 2014 Regulations state the value by their own words and their as-made text is its own frozen witness. Both documents are hashed into this record and the verdict recomputed at Gate 2. The locator carries paragraph (1)'s own subject clause because "is 52 weeks less" appears five times in the instrument — regs 6(1), 6(2), 6(3), 22(1) and 22(2) — and only the words "to M and P" make it this provision. Dated 5 April 2015 rather than 1 December 2014, which is where this row parts company with the SPLIT-days row of the same instrument: regulation 37 sits in Part 5 and regulation 2 does not confine it, while regulation 6 is in Part 2 and regulation 2(1) does.
