Compiler's notes
Not a figure any document states, which is the whole reason it is a derivation. The third of the three capped-weeks companions D14(b) named, and the last to land: its week-count limb needed the 2014 Regulations' as-made text, which was not archived until the relay parked it. No GOV.UK page states the eight weeks or the product, so the week-count record is single-source A and both limbs are cited here as legislation. Dated from the cap, not from the Regulations.
