Compiler's notes
Not a figure any document states, which is the whole reason it is a derivation. GOV.UK's page on being accompanied at a disciplinary or grievance hearing names no compensation amount at all — that is why the week-count record is single-source A — so there is no B side to register here either, and both limbs are cited as legislation instead. The record is dated from the cap, not from the Act: the Act's two weeks have not moved and the cap moves every April.
